Shilpa Kala Vaibhava – Exhibition and Sale of Handloom and Handicrafts
Shilpa Trust (Self Help Initiative Linking Progressive Artisans Trust) is based in Bangalore and works with immensely talented but economically disadvantaged artisans. The Managing Trustee of Shilpa Trust, Mr. M. Bhupathy, decided to create an organization that would be beneficial for artisans. As a part of this objective, the Trust is setting up this Exhibition cum Sale to provide opportunities for Artisans to market their products directly to the customers.
A group of artisans have set up shop at Chitrakala Parishad from Jan 20th-28th. They will be displaying plenty of Indian Handicrafts from various corners of the country. One will have the opportunity to discover crafts from different states of India.
All credit and debit cards accepted.
