Decoupage one day intensive, hands-on workshop(Basic & Advanced Level Combination Class)

Decoupage involves gluing paper shapes on to an object and sealing the surface with glue. But again, this art is not just about sticking a piece of paper to any object. It’s about creating a beautiful composition and maintaining a good visual balance in design. This is what makes a beautiful piece of art! Explore your creative skills in this workshop-

This one day intensive, hands-on workshop will teach you the basics and advanced techniques of decoupaging. You’ll be working with/on different material, learn about the types of glues you can work with, layering, composition, balance, cutting methods, distressing, dabbing, sanding, spraying, varnishing, antique and contemporary style and much more.

You’ll be working on & taking home:
– A Terracotta Pot
– An MDF Box (vintage/antique finish)
– A Porcelain Mug (Demo or hands-on depending on time; material will be provided)
– A Glass Bottle
– Coasters – Three pieces with three different materials (Demo or hands-on depending on time; material will be provided)
– A Placemat or Tray and
– A Glass container (Reverse Decoupage)

You’ll be working with:
– Acrylic Paints
– Crackle Paint
– Chalk Paint
– Washi Tapes
– Fabric
– Burlap
– Tissue
– Card Stock
– Stencils
– Rubber Stamps, etc.

When: 26th Feb,2017 from 9 AM to 6 PM
